PHU LA
The Phu La are an ethnic minority in northern Vietnam, recognized among Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. Their population was 12,471 in 2019, and they speak the Phu La language, belongs to the Lo Lo language group, belongs to the Tibeto-Burman language family in the Sino-Tibetan language family.
